Gary Who & Daniel Moore
Gary Who is a staple in Australian comedy. He rose to fame in the comedy boom of the 80’s and became a house hold name after being cast comedy in the sit-com ‘All Together Now’. Since then, he has appeared on every Australian TV show from ‘All Saints’ and ‘The Hollowmen’ to ‘Water Rats’ and ‘G.P’.
While pursuing a successful acting career, Gary has remained among the very best headline and corporate comedians in Australia. He also managed to put together a comedy radio show for the television with fellow raconteur Darren Sanders. The ‘Dazz and Gazz Radio Show on the TV’ started on TVS (Ch 31), was then syndicated to Brisibane (Briz31) and Melbourne (Ch 31) and has since been picked up by Foxtel.
Twenty something years on, Gary Who is a comedy force not to be reckoned with.
Daniel has written for TV, is a regular guest on ‘9am with David and Kim’ and made several appearances on The Comedy Channel. He is a comedian with a relaxed and friendly style and quick wit.
Daniel was one of the organisers of ‘a mic in hand – Sydney’ for several years before he moved to Melbourne in 2008, and has since started ‘a mic in hand – Melbourne’. The room has been quite successful which attracted Dave Hughes’ to record part of his latest DVD in the this venue, and asked Daniel to MC the event. Daniel has now moved back to Sydney making him the world’s only human Yo-Yo.
Daniel is also a writer for magazines such as Frankie and J Mag, and has also contributed to The Age Newspaper, in Melbourne.
