Melbourne based stand up comic Matt Klein has been performing since early 2002 with humble beginnings at the Comics Lounge in North Melbourne. In November 2002, he took second place in FHM magazine’s ‘Funniest Bloke in Australia’ competition held at Colonial stadium. Since then Matt has been seen performing in almost every comedy club around Australia has to offer.

In 2003 Matt won the Comedy Knockout ‘Search for a Funny Bone’ competition and was sent to perform in New York, and just 2 years later he moved to LA where not only was he popular on the stand-up circuit but managed to score a few writing gigs and the odd bit part in some comedy shows. He is now visiting us in Sydney and we’re pretty stoked we could grab him for the show.

Rebecca De Unamuno is known from her several appearances on programs such as The Glass House, CNNNN, The Chaser’s War on Everything, Stand Up Australia, Comedy Slapdown, Kath and Kim and Comedy Inc – The Late Shift. She’s a comedian, actor, radio host, voice-over artiste, improv legend and all around comedy superstar. This woman oozes talent. (in a good way)

In the world of Theatresports, Rebecca is a two-time Cranston Cup champion and was a member of the Australian team which won the 2001 Improv World Cup. Rebecca was the first woman in the history of the competition to be named Player of the Tournament (aka World Impro Champion).

“…something few comics would dare contemplate”

“it’s like watching a magician and wondering what the secret to her craft is”
