Scott Dooley is a regular guest presenter on ‘The Project’ and has also appeared on ‘Talkin Bout Your Generation’ and the sports panel show ‘The Trophy Room’.
Scott began his media career by winning a competition which then kick-started his radio career on Triple J. He went from a regular guest on Charlie Pickering’s show in 2002, got a regular overnight shift, was the regular fill-in guy before landing the coveted Drive shift, which he hosted for 2 years.
Last year, ‘Dools’ received international attention when he interviewed Charlie Sheen which evolved from a radio interview to Scott helping Sheen steal his Bus bus from the CBS lot.
Prior to his media career, Scott wrote for the popular Chaser Newspaper and performed stand-up alongside some of the biggest names in comedy.
Stu started his comedy career in 2003 at Wollongong Uni Bar and has been performing all over the country ever since. He’s done all the major festivals, like Melbourne Comedy Festival, and he even started his own festival in Wollongong. He is also one of the fine folks who is responsible for the Craic House comedy club in the Gong, which put on a quality show every 2nd Friday and the Builder’s Basement.
Stu finds humour where many dare not go. He pokes a sharp stick at everything and everyone including camping, dolphins and the homeless. He has a mortgage a young child and an ex-wife. Comedy Bucket list complete.
